How it works
From first message to a finished invitation in about a week.
Most couples spend under an hour on their side of this. Here is exactly what happens.
- 015 minutes
Choose a design
Browse the seven designs. Each is a live invitation with a demo couple — scroll it on your phone, because that's how your guests will see it. Not sure? Tell us about the venue and the mood and we'll suggest one.
- 02Same day
Send us your details
Message us on WhatsApp or use the request form. We'll confirm your add-ons and the total, and send bank details for the 50% deposit. Then send everything from the checklist below — photos straight from your phone are fine.
- 032–3 working days
We create your invitation
We set your details into the design, arrange your photos, write the schedule properly, check every map link and make sure the Sinhala or Tamil is set beautifully. You get a private preview link.
- 041–2 days
Review and revise
Open the preview, forward it to a parent or two, and send us your changes in one message. We'll turn them around the same or next day. One round is included; more can be added.
- 05Same day
Approve and share
Once you're happy, the balance is settled and we publish your invitation at its permanent address — for example magicaldayinvite.com/e/amal-and-sarah. Share it on WhatsApp, and we'll send you a designed cover image to go with it.
